This set includes eight dishes featuring Niigata's local delicacies, such as Tochio-age (deep-fried tofu), salted salmon, and the regional dish "Oumi."To finish the meal, we offer Koshihikari rice in a dashi broth infused with the aroma of sea lettuce, and sasa dango (bamboo leaf-wrapped rice dumplings) for dessert.For an additional ¥1200, you can add all-you-can-drink sake! Enjoy Niigata's famous dishes with your favorite drink!
